As a vital part of our hospitality team, you will ensure a welcoming experience for our guests, along with various administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Reception: Welcome guests upon arrival and facilitate smooth check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Customer Service: Respond professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns while providing information about hotel services and local attractions.
  • Reservation Management: Allocate appropriate rooms to guests and manage booking and cancellation processes.
  • Administrative Duties: Process payments, maintain accurate records, and manage phone calls and mail.
  • Coordination with Other Departments: Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Maintain Reception Area: Ensure the reception desk is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer service or reception within the hospitality sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Proficiency in hotel management systems (PMS).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of English or other languages is a plus.
