About the Role:
As the Executive Housekeeper at Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts, you will oversee housekeeping operations, ensuring that exceptional standards are upheld in all areas of the hotel. Your role is essential in maintaining a vibrant and welcoming environment for both guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the housekeeping operations including Laundry and Internal Communication Center.
  • Ensure all rooms are prepared and inspected according to standards.
  • Maintain flower decorations in rooms and public areas.
  • Supervise cleanliness of front and back of house areas.
  • Manage the inventory of linen and uniforms; ensure regular audits are conducted.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and contractors; oversee pest control efforts.
  • Implement housekeeping related HACCP procedures and cost control measures.
  • Conduct regular inspections and monitor maintenance issues in collaboration with other departments.
  • Assist with guest relations, addressing any complaints professionally.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, conducting training and performance evaluations.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a housekeeping supervisory role within the hospitality industry. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to motivate a diverse team to achieve excellence in guest services and housekeeping standards.

Position Summary
The Internal Audit Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational, financial, and compliance audits within the organization. This role involves managing the end-to-end audit lifecycle, leading a team of auditors, and ensuring that all activities align with the International Professional Practices Framework (IPPF) and the Global Internal Audit Standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Audit Planning & Execution: Lead the development of risk-based audit programs that address key operational, financial, and compliance risks and oversee the execution of fieldwork to ensure high-quality evidence collection and analysis.
  • Execution & Oversight: Manage the end-to-end audit process, from planning and scoping to fieldwork and reporting, ensuring all audits comply with the IIA Global Internal Audit Standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
  • Certification: Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) is a plus. Additional certifications (CISA, CRMA, or CPA) are highly preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in internal or external auditing, preferably with a background in 'Big 4' firms or large diversified conglomerates.
  • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of the 2024 Global Internal Audit Standards and local regulatory requirements (*, SOCPA or specific industry mandates).
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, advanced negotiation skills, and the ability to maintain objectivity and confidentiality.
