Join Rotana as a Human Resources Coordinator!
We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic guest-focused Human Resources professionals who pride themselves on delivering extraordinary levels of customer service and providing creative solutions to our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate and process employment requisitions, develop and edit departmental job descriptions, vacancy announcements, and position advertisements in consultation with the Director of Human Resources / Human Resources Manager.
  • Develop and maintain confidential departmental employee files, documents, and databases.
  • Coordinate the employee recruitment process, ensuring search documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Coordinate employee relation functions and monitor performance appraisals.
  • Prepare and complete monthly Human Resources reports and other statistical reports required by management.
  • Conduct departmental training and oversee Human Resources Orientation for new hires.

Qualifications and Skills:
You should have a university degree in a related discipline with preferably prior experience in a similar role. Competency in computer systems, especially payroll, and fluency in English is essential.
