Join Falcon Consulting Services as a Technical Support Consultant!
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Consultant with expertise in low-current systems, edge devices, and network infrastructure. This position requires providing technical assistance and ensuring smooth operations of critical systems in challenging environments and remote locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for low-current systems (CCTV, access control, etc.).
  • Install, configure, and maintain edge devices, sensors, and IoT components.
  • Handle LAN/WAN wiring, network setup, and connectivity troubleshooting.
  • Perform diagnostics and maintenance of power systems, including batteries and backup units.
  • Conduct site visits to remote locations for installation, testing, and support.
  • Document technical issues, resolutions, and provide detailed reports.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure system reliability and performance.
  • Train end-users and provide guidance on system operation and best practices.

Required Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/IT or related field.
  • Hands-on experience with low-current systems and network infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN wiring, cabling standards, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with edge devices, IoT hardware, and integration.
  • Ability to work in remote locations and adapt to challenging environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with industrial or oil & gas environments.
  • Knowledge of battery systems, UPS, and backup power solutions.
  • Certifications in networking (CCNA or equivalent) or low-current systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
