As a Security Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of all guests, team members, and the hotel premises. This position requires constant vigilance and the ability to manage a security team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a watchful eye on hotel operations and security.
  • Document incidents accurately and follow legal and company requirements.
  • Recommend enhancements to security and fire systems.
  • Review incidents thoroughly to prevent future occurrences.
  • Train and supervise the security team, organizing work schedules and ensuring adherence to policies.
  • Conduct regular briefings with the security team.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Previous security experience, ideally in an environment with significant movement of people.
  • Knowledge in planning and enforcing security systems.
  • Current qualifications in fire, safety, and first aid.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong personal presentation.
