Join Hilton as a Security Supervisor!
As a vital member of the Hilton team, the Security Supervisor ensures the safety and security of our guests, team members, and hotel premises. This role is essential in maintaining a secure environment and leads a dedicated security team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain constant vigilance of hotel operations and premises.
  • Document and report incidents to enhance safety and security measures.
  • Train and supervise the Security Team while ensuring compliance with policies.
  • Organize work schedules and conduct briefings with the Security Team.
  • Recommend improvements for surveillance and fire safety systems.

Qualifications:
  • Previous security experience, particularly in environments with high people movement.
  • Knowledge of fire, safety, and first aid practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional presentation and demeanor.
