We are seeking a dedicated Legal Officer to join our team in Jeddah. This role is vital in ensuring our compliance with legal standards and enhancing our operational capabilities. If you are a qualified lawyer with a keen understanding of commercial law, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and manage contracts and agreements including vendors, suppliers, leases, and service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable commercial, labor, and regulatory laws.
  • Support the handling of legal matters related to retail operations such as store leases and franchise agreements.
  • Manage legal correspondence with external parties and government entities.
  • Maintain filing and documentation of legal records and contracts.
  • Assist in resolving disputes and claims, coordinating with external legal counsel as necessary.
  • Review company policies to ensure legal compliance.
  • Monitor changes in laws and regulations impacting business operations.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in retail, FMCG, or corporate law is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial law, labor law, and contract management.

Skills & Competencies:
  • Excellent drafting and contract review skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
  • Able to work independently and multitask.
  • Professional approach to confidential information.

Language Requirements:
  • Fluent in Arabic.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
