About the Role:
As a Maintenance Industrial Supervisor, your main responsibilities will include ensuring the availability of production and utility equipment at optimal levels. You will implement equipment reliability techniques to eliminate losses, manage spare parts and stock control, and evaluate the technical team's development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and optimize the availability of production machinery.
• Implement value analysis methods for spare parts and manage compliance.
• Develop engineering solutions for repetitive failures.
• Manage audits and third-party inspections.
• Coordinate services with production and planning departments.
• Train teams on SAP PM / AM module usage.
• Ensure adherence to BRF's Sustainability Policy guidelines.

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily maintenance work, providing custodial and event support.
• Establish schedules and plan maintenance services based on resource needs and priorities.
• Implement corrective and preventive maintenance programs in compliance with company standards.
• Prepare and manage maintenance operation budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
• Oversee construction projects, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of pharmacies to maintain safety and operational requirements.
• Provide leadership and coaching to maintenance team members.

Work Environment:
- Indoors: 20%
- Outdoors: 80%
- 6 Working Days per week
- 1 Day Off per Week
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1 hour break)

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 3 years of experience in MEP Engineering (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic AutoCAD.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
