Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and resolve maintenance issues in the hotel.
  • Conduct daily maintenance checks and repairs of mechanical equipment.
  • Coordinate renovation projects and ensure quality work is performed cost-effectively.
  • Develop emergency programs and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Foster positive relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Implement and manage energy conservation programs.

The ideal candidate should possess advanced knowledge in building management/engineering, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to high-quality customer service. Previous experience in a management role is essential, and vocational training in engineering or similar fields will be advantageous.
