We are looking for a comprehensive maintenance supervisor to join our team at Bin Ghareh General Contracting Company.

About the role: You will play a key role in preparing the work plan and program, in addition to following up on the procedures for identifying the type and nature of maintenance. You will also distribute tasks to the team and design training needs for the maintenance team, and prepare the preventive maintenance program.

Responsibilities:
  • Follow up on the procedures for identifying the type and nature of maintenance and estimating the quantity and cost of the necessary materials.
  • Distribute tasks and duties among the maintenance team members according to their capabilities and skills.
  • Follow up and evaluate the performance of the maintenance team and assess their achievements.
  • Evaluate the training needs of the maintenance teams and develop their skills or recommend enrolling them in specialized training programs.
  • Prepare preventive maintenance programs and follow up on their implementation procedures.
  • Classify, arrange, document, and save the results and work reports.

Required Qualifications: You must hold a bachelor's degree in one of the following disciplines:
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Electrical Engineering Technology
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Mechanical Engineering Technology
  • Civil Engineering

Preferred Certifications:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE 2003)
  • Certificate in Business Accounting (CIMA)
