• Develop emergency programs and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Foster positive relationships with internal and external customers.
• Implement and manage energy conservation programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily maintenance work, providing custodial and event support.
• Establish schedules and plan maintenance services based on resource needs and priorities.
• Implement corrective and preventive maintenance programs in compliance with company standards.
• Prepare and manage maintenance operation budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
• Oversee construction projects, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of pharmacies to maintain safety and operational requirements.
• Provide leadership and coaching to maintenance team members.

Work Environment:
- Indoors: 20%
- Outdoors: 80%
- 6 Working Days per week
- 1 Day Off per Week
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1 hour break)

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 3 years of experience in MEP Engineering (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic AutoCAD.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities:

• Supervising daily maintenance operations (electricity, plumbing, air conditioning, civil works).
• Organizing field visit schedules and monitoring technician performance.
• Receiving customer reports, prioritizing issues, and addressing faults quickly.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards in all maintenance work.
• Monitoring preventive maintenance contracts and documenting all completed work.
• Submitting periodic reports to management on the condition of properties and future maintenance needs.
• Coordinating with suppliers and contractors as needed.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in maintenance or technical supervision.
• Comprehensive knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electricity, plumbing).
• Strong skills in team management and work scheduling.
• High ability to solve problems and make field decisions.
