Alomar Holding Company, a dynamic holding group, is seeking a talented Marketing Manager to join our team. Role Overview:
In this role, you will lead the development and execution of group-wide marketing strategies that strengthen brand visibility, support business goals, and ensure consistent positioning across the holding and its operating companies. The ideal candidate has a strong marketing background with proven expertise in digital marketing, brand management, campaign planning, and market analysis.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and own the group-wide marketing strategy and translate it into tailored plans for each subsidiary.
  • Build annual and quarterly marketing roadmaps covering campaigns, channels, timelines, budgets, and KPIs per company.
  • Lead brand management for the holding and subsidiaries including brand guidelines and reputation management.
  • Define target segments and oversee market research and competitive analysis.
  • Execute integrated campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Manage performance marketing and oversee content strategy and production.
  • Manage the group’s digital presence including analytics, SEO, and marketing automation.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Business Development to generate qualified leads and improve funnel performance.
  • Measure and monitor marketing performance and ROI.
  • Manage and optimize the marketing budget.
  • Drive event and exhibition planning.
  • Build and manage external relationships with agencies and media.
  • Lead internal stakeholder alignment with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage and develop the marketing team.
  • Ensure compliance with brand and legal requirements.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 2 in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in executing marketing strategies with measurable impact.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in performance reporting.
  • Expertise in digital marketing channels and campaign optimization.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams.
  • High ownership mindset and strong project management skills.
