We are looking for a creative and skilled Head Pastry Chef to lead our pastry department at شركة شبرا الطائف التجاريه located in Aţ Ţā’if, Makkah. Your role will involve menu development, team supervision, and maintaining quality standards.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Menu Development: Create, test, and refine seasonal dessert menus while ensuring creativity in presentation.
  • Production Management: Oversee daily dessert preparation and ensure consistency in quality.
  • Team Supervision: Lead and train the pastry team, manage schedules, and monitor performance.
  • Inventory and Cost Control: Manage stock levels and control food costs.
  • Quality and Hygiene: Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Collaboration: Work with the Executive Chef and kitchen teams to support events and promotions.
  • Innovation and Trends: Stay updated on pastry techniques and experiment with new recipes.
