As a Quality Control Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our raw materials, production processes, and finished products comply with established quality standards.

Position Overview:
The Quality Control role is responsible for maintaining quality systems, conducting inspections, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and enhance product performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Raw Material and Process Control: Inspect and verify raw materials and monitor production processes for adherence to quality standards.
  • Finished Product Quality Testing: Conduct quality inspections and ensure products meet technical specifications and customer requirements.
  • Quality System Maintenance: Implement and maintain quality control systems and prepare quality records and reports.
  • Problem Collaboration and Improvement: Identify quality issues and collaborate closely with technical teams for resolution and process improvements.

Requirements:
  • Education: A Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Technical qualifications may be acceptable with relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with QC Seven Tools, SPC, and AQL sampling standards.
  • Ability to use inspection equipment such as calipers and micrometers.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
