Join Our Team as a Regional Sales Manager at MARBLE AND GRANITE INTERNATIONAL COMPANY - MGIC

Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for building client relationships? MARBLE AND GRANITE INTERNATIONAL COMPANY - MGIC is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to expand our client base across Saudi Arabia and the GCC region. Our company has been a leading producer of natural stone in Saudi Arabia since 1990, supplying to mega projects like the Grand Mosque of Makkah.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and expand the client base across Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC.
  • Lead client engagement through regular site visits, project follow-ups, and performance monitoring.
  • Coordinate with internal operations and factories to ensure delivery accuracy and client satisfaction.
  • Report monthly on sales KPIs, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy.

Required Skills:
  • Demonstrated success in B2B/project-based marble and stone sales.
  • Active client network across contractors, developers, consultants, and luxury hospitality.
  • Strong negotiation, forecasting, and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with the Saudi & GCC construction ecosystems and coordination with production/logistics teams.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (master’s degree is a plus).
  • Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in sales within marble, stone, construction materials, or building finishes.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and project visits.
