Join Rosewood Jeddah as a Reservation Agent!
As a vital member of our Sales & Marketing department, you will play a key role in ensuring guests receive a seamless and professional experience right from their initial reservation.

Your Responsibilities Include:
  • Maintain high personal hygiene and cleanliness standards at all times.
  • Respond promptly to guest needs and provide exceptional service.
  • Achieve the highest possible occupancy rates by upselling our guest rooms and hotel services.
  • Collaborate with team members and selflessly assist in achieving departmental and hotel-wide revenue goals.
  • Ensure accurate handling of individual and group guest reservations, adhering to our Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Record daily statistics and update guest requirements as per policy.
  • Build positive relationships with regular guests, enhancing their experience and encouraging repeat visits.

Qualifications:
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Experience in Reservations or Guest Services within luxury hotels is preferred.
  • Proficiency in reservation systems like Opera.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an asset.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage bookings.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends.
