We are looking for a dedicated individual who will be the main contact for room reservations at our hotel. As a Reservations Agent, you are expected to provide exceptional service, influencing guests' decisions to stay at our property.

What will you be doing?
As a Reservations Agent, your tasks will include:
  • Converting inquiries into contracted business quickly.
  • Responding positively to sales inquiries to develop future leads.
  • Responding to customers in a highly professional manner.
  • Ensuring all reservations are completed accurately to meet the Guest's expectations.
  • Providing prompt service while maintaining the hotel's brand standards.

What are we looking for?
A successful Reservations Agent at Hilton should possess:
  • A passion for delivering great customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
  • Outstanding administration and organizational skills.
  • Intermediate computer proficiency.

It is advantageous to have previous experience in a Reservations environment and tertiary qualifications or a collegiate-level degree.

3. Prepare monthly schedules in coordination with the supervisor.
4. Submit daily reports of activities.

Special Conditions:
- This is a field job requiring constant travel.
- A valid driving license is essential.
- Regular email connectivity is required.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a Master’s is preferable.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical field.
