The Opportunity: Room Care Technician – Engineering

An opportunity has arisen for a Room Care Technician – Engineering to join the team at Jumeirah Jabal Omar in Makkah. This full-time role is integral to maintaining the quality and functionality of guest rooms, ensuring a high standard of comfort and guest satisfaction within the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose guestroom-related issues, gather necessary equipment, and efficiently assess and resolve problems.
• Execute maintenance tasks within rooms, including electrical work, furniture repairs, and other basic repair jobs.
• Address inquiries from guests and team members professionally and promptly resolve room care complaints.
• Complete assigned work orders, conduct room inspections, and accurately document all performed tasks.
• Select appropriate tools and parts from stores and maintain precise usage logs.
• Report observed room damages to supervisors and propose suitable solutions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience.
