Key Responsibilities:
  • Real Estate Sales: Sell residential and commercial properties from the company’s inventory, conduct property tours, negotiate offers on behalf of clients, and understand their requirements.
  • Lead Generation: Generate and follow up on leads to expand the client base, and maintain a strong professional network.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitive offerings, providing clients with accurate and updated market information.
  • Client Relationship Management: Keep clients informed about available properties, build strong relationships to enhance trust and loyalty, and maintain regular communication to support changing needs.
  • Property Demonstrations and Transactions: Conduct demonstrations and arrange field visits for clients, ensuring timely completion of property transactions along with necessary documentation.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Preferred experience of at least two years in sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
