About the Role
Ghezaa Food Service, a prominent regional F&B distribution leader within the GFS Group operating across the Middle East & Africa, is seeking a Sales Manager – Catering & Institutional to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. Ghezaa represents over 50 exclusive international brands across various categories, serving the HoReCa, Retail, Industrial, and Special Projects sectors. This role is integral to managing high-volume, efficiency-driven accounts within the catering and institutional segment, requiring structured supply solutions, robust contract management, and the capacity to operate at scale. The ideal candidate will be cost-focused, volume-oriented, and operationally astute, contributing to Ghezaa's objective of delivering cost-efficient, reliable supply solutions and fostering long-term partnerships. This full-time position requires a candidate who demonstrates ownership and is driven to achieve sustained success.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive volume growth through increased revenue from bulk accounts, expansion across multi-site contracts, and acquisition of new institutional accounts.
- Expand existing accounts by achieving multi-site penetration and securing long-term supply agreements.
- Execute competitive pricing strategies and maintain margin control per account to ensure effective pricing and cost management.
- Lead and manage a team of Account Managers, fostering field execution discipline.
- Ensure operational alignment by coordinating effectively with supply chain and delivery teams.
- Develop and implement structured supply solutions tailored to the needs of institutional clients.
- Manage and negotiate bulk contracts and multi-site accounts effectively.
- Engage in solution-driven selling approaches to meet client requirements.
- Maintain a structured, KPI-driven mindset to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Coordinate and align with supply chain operations to ensure seamless delivery and service.
Qualifications and Experience
- 7-10+ years of experience in sales within the catering and institutional segments.
- Proven experience in handling protein, pantry/dry goods, frozen, and dairy product categories.
- Demonstrated experience working with catering companies, hospitals, schools/universities, or corporate dining facilities.
- A strong track record of successfully managing bulk contracts and multi-site accounts.
- Comfort and proficiency in negotiating pricing, rebates, and volume agreements.
- Ability to adopt a solution-driven selling approach.
- Possession of a structured, KPI-driven mindset.
- Strong team leadership and coaching skills.
- Willingness to travel within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
