Your Role:
As a part of our Smart Infrastructure Electrification and Automation department, you will be at the forefront of driving channel partners' growth in the MV Switchgear market. Your responsibilities include:
  • Building market intelligence and competitor landscape.
  • Mapping end users’ requirements with SIEMENS MV switchgear portfolio.
  • Identifying and developing portfolio partners.
  • Building and managing partnership agreements for sustainable business growth.
  • Strengthening partner positions duringjob acquisitions.
  • Overseeing business growth and ensuring application of SIEMENS quality standards.

What You Will Need:
To succeed in this role, you must have:
  • A degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in medium voltage switchgears.
  • Strong engagement skills with a proactive approach to pursue new clients.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel within the kingdom.

Qualifications:
  • A college or university graduate in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with connection to Power System Protection & Control.
  • High-level knowledge of SIEMENS MV switchgear portfolios, protection and automation products.
  • Good experience in handling customers from all segments of Utility, Industry, Infrastructure.
  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience of handling various products, systems and solutions covering mainly medium voltage switchgears.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with high attention to details.
  • High flexibility and availability for travelling and customer visits around the kingdom.
