Join Rotana Hotels as a Sales Manager!
We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic Sales professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement all sales activities and maximize business opportunities in your area.
  • Ensure comprehensive coverage of your portfolio and achieve targets for maximum productivity.
  • Establish parameters, quotes, and negotiate prices with customers.
  • Promote and produce sales leads for Rotana.
  • Provide feedback on changing marketing conditions and maintain accounts management system.
  • Maximize up selling opportunities during negotiations.

Qualifications:
You should hold a degree in sales and have a minimum of two years post-graduate work experience, ideally within the hotel industry. Proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of additional languages will be an asset.

The ideal candidate will have a guest and service-oriented attitude with a proactive approach and strong drive for results. You should show flexibility, integrity, and professionalism in your daily business, while effectively communicating and planning for business success.
