Job Overview:
The Hotel Sales Manager plays a key role in achieving sales targets and enhancing the hotel's commercial performance. This position requires effective sales planning and collaboration with various departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit the annual sales revenue budget for review.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing plans.
  • Coordinate with Operations and Finance to achieve sales targets.
  • Report on sales activities and market analysis.
  • Develop strong client relationships, focusing on airlines and corporate partners.
  • Manage key accounts and ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Monitor hotel revenue performance and recommend corrective actions.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Support the launch of new hotel products and promotions.
  • Represent the hotel in client meetings and networking activities.

Job Requirements:
  • Saudi national.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 5–7 years of sales experience in the hotel or hospitality sector.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Analytical mindset to convert market data into sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel CRM systems.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
