About the Sales Representative Role

مؤسسة تعاونية جبات للاستزراع المائي الزراعية is seeking a Sales Representative to join their team in Makkah. This full-time position requires a professional with 2-5 years of sales experience to contribute to the company's sales operations and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collecting and documenting product (goods and services) data and specifications.
  • Developing and maintaining a database of current and prospective customers, including their contact information and addresses.
  • Contacting or visiting customers to present sales offers, highlighting product specifications and competitive advantages.
  • Managing the sales process from offer to completion, including issuing invoices and collecting payments.
  • Following up with customers on outstanding debts, recording transactions, and remitting collected funds to the finance department.
  • Preparing and submitting regular work reports, ensuring proper documentation and archiving.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a sales role.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing the full sales cycle.

Essential Skills

  • Strong communication skills for effective customer interaction and presentation.
  • Proficient negotiation skills to close deals and manage customer expectations.
  • Organizational skills for managing customer data and sales reports.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, within the Mecca Al-Mukarramah region. The role involves direct customer engagement and requires regular reporting on sales activities.
