Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist guests with food and beverage inquiries and resolve any issues to provide accurate information.
  • Document guest preferences and special requests while ensuring fulfillment of those requests.
  • Gather guest feedback and provide insights for enhancing service standards.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of the menu offerings.
  • Ensure seamless communication during shift handovers.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of food and drink pairings.
