As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in implementing all sales activities and maximizing business opportunities within your designated area of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a high level of exposure for the hotel through direct sales.
• Ensure comprehensive coverage of your portfolio, engaging with managerial and departmental executives to achieve targets and maximize productivity.
• Implement and execute all sales objectives and action plans to reach and exceed targets set.
• Solicit and serve transient and group business and meetings.
• Adhere to selling strategies during negotiations and maximize upselling opportunities.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the hotel’s unique selling points, features, and amenities.
• Formulate corporate offer letters and yearly contracts, along with other necessary business correspondence.
• Provide feedback on marketing conditions and trends based on direct sales solicitation.

Qualifications:

• A degree in sales & marketing is preferred.
• Minimum of two years of postgraduate experience in a similar position.
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency in English are a must.

Role Purpose:
Responsible for achieving sales volume and revenue by directly selling in the assigned modern trade accounts, as per plan, through high-quality customer service (*, communication, rapport building, attentiveness to customer needs) while booking sales orders using the designated handheld device.

Accountabilities:

• Sell and execute all products in assigned accounts to achieve sales volumes and distribution targets, as per plan.
• Execute the cascaded plan to the account level to ensure achievement of sales volumes and distribution targets.
• Ensure adherence to DSO limits set by Finance at all times by meeting the monthly collection plan targets and ensure pricing guidelines are fully executed.
• Provide updates on market events and competitive intelligence inputs to supervise regularly to support development and execution of market and competitive tactical responses.
• Ensure full visibility of sales performance by updating scoreboards of daily performance achievement for volume, distribution, and execution.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors’ degree in a relevant field.
• 2-3 years of frontline sales experience in the FMCG industry.
• Negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic.
• Microsoft Office skills.
• Valid driving license.
