About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Supply Manager to lead our Operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This is an opportunity to shape operations strategy, manage a high-performing team, and contribute to Trella’s growth.
What You'll Do:
  • Develop and implement strategic supply plans that optimize Trella’s operational footprint.
  • Lead and manage the local supply operations team, including distribution, fleet, and cross-border logistics personnel.
  • Drive performance across supply coverage, delivery fulfillment, and operational efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all local transport regulations.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers.
  • Monitor operational performance and implement process improvements.
What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics management in Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
  • Proven experience managing teams and operational oversight of fleets.
  • Strong understanding of local and cross-border transport regulations.
  • Experience with strategic planning and operational KPIs.
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Role Summary
The Landscape Engineer is responsible for safeguarding and delivering the approved landscape design intent during construction. As part of the Construction Supervision Consultant team, this role ensures that all landscape works—including hardscape, softscape, and irrigation—are executed in full compliance with approved drawings, specifications, materials, and design intent, while meeting safety, quality, sustainability, and durability standards. This position bridges landscape design and site execution to ensure faithful realization of the approved landscape vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all landscape works comply with approved landscape design packages, specifications, drawings, and design intent.
  • Interpret landscape designs into clear, buildable, and inspectable site requirements.
  • Conduct site inspections of landscape works including hardscape, softscape, irrigation systems, water features, street furniture, and associated landscape elements.
  • Review landscape materials, samples, mock-ups, shop drawings, and method statements to ensure compliance with approved aesthetics, durability, constructability, and project standards.
  • Monitor consistency between approved samples and installed works, identify non-compliance, and coordinate corrective actions with contractors.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in landscape construction supervision and project delivery.
  • Proven experience on large-scale developments, such as public realm projects, mixed-use developments, resorts, theme parks, or master-planned communities.
  • Strong knowledge of hardscape and softscape construction techniques, irrigation systems, landscape materials, finishes, and installation methodologies.
