About the Opportunity

COREcruitment is seeking a Vice President Hospitality Operations to join a highly prestigious and rapidly expanding ultra-luxury hospitality group in Saudi Arabia. This full-time, senior group-level leadership position is based in the Jeddah and Makkah regions, focusing on strategic and operational oversight across a growing portfolio of properties.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will provide strategic and operational leadership across a growing portfolio, ensuring the highest standards of luxury, service, food and beverage, culinary experiences, and spa and wellness offerings. This role requires an accomplished hospitality executive with a proven track record in ultra-luxury hotels, resorts, and destinations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide senior operational leadership across a portfolio of ultra-luxury properties.
• Develop and implement group-wide hospitality standards and operating strategies.
• Oversee Food & Beverage, Culinary, Spa & Wellness, and guest experience.
• Partner with General Managers and senior leadership teams to drive operational and commercial performance.
• Support new property openings, transitions, and the integration of new assets.
• Develop and mentor high-calibre hospitality leadership teams.
• Collaborate with ownership, investors, and senior stakeholders to achieve the group's vision.

Qualifications and Experience

We are seeking an exceptionally accomplished luxury hospitality executive with over 10 years of experience and the following qualifications:

• Significant group, regional, or multi-property experience within ultra-luxury hospitality.
• Strong exposure across Food & Beverage, Culinary, and Spa/Wellness at a group or regional level.
• Experience with leading international luxury hotel groups or independent ultra-luxury operators.
• A sophisticated understanding of Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) guest expectations and luxury service.
• Strong commercial and operational acumen.
• Proven experience leading and developing senior General Managers and executive teams.
• Credibility to operate effectively at Board, ownership, and senior executive levels.
• An international mindset with experience working across multiple markets.

Compensation Package

This position offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary of US$300,000, comprehensive housing, relocation assistance, and executive benefits.
