Join Neweast Group as a Warehouse Manager!
As a leader in the auto spare parts industry, Neweast Group is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Manager to oversee operations in our Jeddah facility. In this role, you will manage and coordinate warehouse activities to ensure the efficient receipt, storage, dispatch, and control of spare parts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Warehouse Operations Management: Plan, organize, and control all activities including inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound.
  • Inventory & Stock Control: Ensure accuracy and resolve stock discrepancies, manage aged and slow-moving items.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Supervise warehouse staff and conduct training sessions, monitor performance through KPIs.
  • Logistics & Distribution Coordination: Work with transporters for daily deliveries, track logistics costs and efficiency.
  • Systems & Reporting: Oversee the use of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS/SAP) for accurate data and reporting.
  • Safety, Quality & Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety standards and conduct regular inspections.
  • Budget & Cost Management: Monitor operational costs and seek out cost-saving opportunities.
  • Process Improvement & Projects: Lead process improvement initiatives and review operational workflows.
  • Communication & Coordination: Act as the main link between warehouse and other departments.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in spare parts warehousing.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of WMS and SAP.
  • Strong understanding of automotive spare parts and SKU management.
