Job Announcement: Car Maintenance Center Supervisor

Our specialized center in car maintenance announces the availability of a position for a Car Maintenance Center Supervisor to manage daily operations and ensure the best customer experience.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and operate the maintenance center and supervise all daily tasks.

  • Receive cars from customers and accurately determine maintenance needs.

  • Supervise engine maintenance, gearbox, tires, and oils to ensure quality.

  • Follow up on various mechanical maintenance and ensure they are carried out according to standards.

  • Issue invoices and close daily reports on the Rowaa system.

  • Enter purchase invoices and accurately track inventory.

  • Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure a distinguished service experience.

  • Manage customer loyalty program (points/vouchers) to enhance the relationship with customers.

  • Provide guidance and advice to customers on maintaining their cars.

Requirements:

  • Practical experience in car maintenance and mechanics.

  • Experience in managing a team and supervising daily operations.

  • High skills in dealing with customers and providing a distinguished experience.

  • Knowledge of maintenance management and invoicing systems such as Rowaa.

  • Excellent organizational and managerial skills with commitment to deadlines and work accuracy.

  • Daily direct interaction with customers and managing the loyalty program to enhance relationships with them.
