Purchase Specialist

We are seeking a Procurement Officer with experience in sourcing and purchasing bus and commercial vehicle spare parts. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring the timely availability of high-quality spare parts to support maintenance and operational requirements. Key Responsibilities Purchase bus and commercial vehicle spare parts based on operational requirements. Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers. Obtain quotations, compare offers, and negotiate pricing and commercial terms. Prepare purchase orders and follow up until delivery and receipt. Coordinate with the Maintenance and Warehouse teams to identify procurement needs. Ensure purchased spare parts meet technical specifications and quality standards. Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment planning. Prepare procurement reports and supplier performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures. Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing bus, truck, or commercial vehicle spare parts. Good knowledge of OEM and Aftermarket spare parts. Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
