Job Description

  • Bachelor's degree in Secretarial or equivalent, with 3 years of experience in preparing presentations.
  • Must be able to handle computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Preparing Presentations: Professional presentations for committees and executive meetings.
  • Preparing Reports: Preparing periodic reports and assisting management in decision-making.
  • Organizing Meetings: Coordinating meeting schedules, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes.
  • Managing the Agenda: Organizing committee and management work schedules and reminding them of tasks and deadlines.
  • Managing Correspondence: Preparing, reviewing, and saving correspondence such as emails and letters.
  • Supporting Management: Performing any additional administrative tasks that help improve workflow and ensure efficiency.
