Sales Supervisor

The Golden Lily Trading Company, one of the companies operating in the field of importing and distributing food and nuts, headquartered in Riyadh - Al-Dar Al-Bayda district, announces its need to appoint a Sales Supervisor. Job Duties: * Direct supervision of the sales team and follow-up on their daily performance. * Develop sales plans and follow up on their implementation to achieve the set sales goals. * Develop the current customer base and attract new customers. * Follow up on collecting dues and ensure the regularity of sales operations. * Prepare periodic sales reports and submit them to management. * Monitor market movement and competitors and propose appropriate solutions and opportunities. * Train and guide sales representatives and raise their operational efficiency. * Ensure effective sales coverage of customers within the targeted areas. Conditions: * At least 5 years of experience as a sales supervisor in the food or nuts sector. * Proven practical experience in managing sales teams and achieving sales targets. * Good knowledge of the Riyadh market and different sales channels. * Ability to plan, organize, and make decisions. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills and building relationships with customers. * Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office programs. * Valid transferable residency. * Valid driver's license.
