About the Accountant Role
شركة هادي بن شجاع للمقاولات is seeking an Accountant to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, offering an opportunity to develop foundational accounting skills within a contracting environment.
Core Responsibilities
The Accountant will be responsible for a range of essential financial tasks. This includes the preparation and organization of disbursement documents, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and maintained. A key aspect of the role involves following up on revenue collection and its associated documentation, as well as performing detailed analysis of financial data to support decision-making processes.
- Preparing and organizing disbursement documents.
- Following up on revenue collection and documentation.
- Analyzing financial data.
- Preparing accounting entries and recording financial transactions in ledgers.
- Auditing bank accounts and preparing necessary reconciliations.
- Preparing and filing reports and documents related to expenses and revenues.
Financial Oversight and Reporting
Further responsibilities encompass the auditing of financial claims to ensure legal and financial completeness. The role requires diligent monitoring of current and capital expenditures against monthly financial status and budget items. The Accountant will prepare monthly financial status summaries and contribute to the preparation of annual closing accounts. Developing accounting methods and procedures, staying updated with accounting field developments, and preparing specialized expense and revenue reports for the dedicated database are also integral to the position.

Qualifications and Experience
This role is designed for an entry-level professional with 0 to 1 year of relevant experience. A foundational understanding of accounting principles and practices is expected.
