We are looking for an administrative assistant to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. The main tasks include:
• Organizing appointments and managing the executive director's schedules
• Preparing reports and coordinating meetings for the executive director

* Managing the company's service gates for government services
Managing employee files
Managing company documents
Managing programs related to human resources and others
Managing the company's licenses
• Dealing with correspondence and administrative documents

Requirements
- GOSI Registration Required or Sponsorship Transfer
- Requires 2-5 Years experience
