We announce the availability of a job vacancy for the position of Secretary to join the team and contribute to organizing daily administrative work.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Organizing appointments and meetings and following up
  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Preparing letters and administrative reports
  • Saving and organizing files and documents
  • Coordinating between management and different departments
  • Receiving visitors and answering calls

Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Administration or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in secretarial or administrative work
  • Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office programs
  • High skills in organization and communication
  • Fluency in Arabic, and proficiency in English is preferred
