Technical Sales Representative(female) – Construction Industry

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer with a background in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or related fields. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing relationships with clients, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and driving sales growth within the construction and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction, engineering, and industrial markets.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and project owners.

* Present and promote the company's products and solutions to potential clients.

* Review project specifications, drawings, and tender documents.

* Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations.

* Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

* Conduct site visits and client meetings as required.

* Follow up on leads, negotiations, and project opportunities until successful closure.

* Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.

* Previous experience in sales, business development, or technical sales within the construction or engineering industry.

* Strong understanding of construction projects, technical specifications, and tender processes.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

* Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

* Valid driver's license is preferred.

Preferred Experience:

* Experience dealing with contractors, consultants, and project developers.

* Knowledge of construction materials, industrial equipment, environmental solutions, or engineering services.

* Experience using CRM systems is an advantage.
