Join Our Team as an Assistant Manager Finance!
We are looking for a driven Assistant Finance Manager to join our Finance team and support Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). This role will be key in financial reporting, planning, and business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead FP&A activities: budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
  • Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights on business performance.
  • Collaborate with business units on new opportunities, cost optimization, and capital projects.
  • Coordinate audits and maintain strong internal controls.
  • Mentor and support junior finance team members.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
  • 5–7 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in FP&A or management reporting.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; advanced Excel; ERP & Power BI proficiency a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills.
