Assistant Manager Parts Operations

About the Role

CEER is seeking an Assistant Manager, Parts Operations to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role is responsible for leading and tracking day-to-day parts operations, ensuring high levels of operational efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. The position supports the Senior Manager in executing strategic parts initiatives and maintaining operational excellence across all branches.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily parts operations and ensure consistent standards are applied across all branches.
• Monitor parts order fulfillment, backorder status, and emergency sourcing to minimize downtime.
• Drive continuous improvement in parts handling, storage, and distribution processes.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of all parts transactions, including receipts, invoicing, and returns.
• Supervise and support branch parts teams and coordinators to ensure uniform operational practices.
• Lead and develop parts teams across multiple branches, ensuring consistent performance standards and clear accountability.
• Manage inventory levels across all locations to ensure maximum parts availability while controlling excess stock.
• Analyze sales trends, vehicle parc data, and seasonal demand to optimize stocking strategies.
• Liaise with suppliers, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure timely procurement and competitive rates.
• Track and report key performance indicators including parts fill rate, inventory turnover, backorder rate, and branch compliance.
• Ensure all operations comply with CEER’s ERP & RMS (Retail Management System) procedures and company policies.
• Maintain accurate parts catalogs, pricing, and system data across all locations.
• Ensure a high standard of parts service to internal customers (service, bodyshop, sales) and external customers.
• Resolve escalated parts-related complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Coordination and Support

This role involves maintaining tight alignment with procurement, service, and sales functions to guarantee smooth processes, optimal inventory levels, and maximum parts availability. The Assistant Manager will assist in approving branch operational plans, staffing needs, and escalations, and support negotiation of pricing agreements and supply terms in coordination with management.

Performance and Reporting

The Assistant Manager will prepare regular operational reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, risks, and recommendations. This includes benchmarking branch performance and implementing best practices across the network. Monitoring supplier performance, lead times, and fill rates, and escalating issues as needed, are also key aspects of this role.

System and Process Compliance

A critical aspect of this position is to ensure all operations adhere to CEER’s established ERP and RMS procedures and company policies. The role also supports system updates, process roll-outs, and the implementation of new initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in parts operations.
