Tasks and Responsibilities:
Preparing Beverages:
Making coffee in its various forms (espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.) as well as other drinks like tea and juices, according to the approved recipes and standards.
Customer Service:
Welcoming customers with a smile and kindness, taking orders, providing recommendations on beverages, and handling payments.
Cleaning the Work Area:
Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the coffee preparation area and equipment, and sanitizing it regularly.
Inventory Management:
Monitoring inventory levels of materials and ingredients, and ordering supplies as needed.
Interacting with Customers:
Providing excellent customer service, answering their inquiries, and resolving their issues.
Contributing to Promotion:
Promoting beverages and special offers, and making recommendations to customers.
Required Skills:
Coffee Preparation Skills:
Familiarity with different types of coffee and how to prepare them, and the ability to use coffee machines and specialized equipment.
Customer Service Skills:
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, provide excellent service, and solve problems.
Time Management Skills:
Ability to organize work and time, especially during peak periods.
Cleaning Skills:
Commitment to high cleanliness standards in the work area.
Teamwork Skills:
