About the Role:
As a Barista, you will be a key member of our pre-opening team, crafting memorable beverage experiences for our guests. You will work in the heart of King Abdullah Financial District, known for its exceptional design and luxury.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Opening Procedures: Set up the coffee station to ensure everything is clean and ready for service.
  • Beverage Preparation: Prepare a variety of coffee and tea beverages, ensuring each meets our high-quality standards.
  • Guest Engagement: Warmly greet guests, take their orders, and provide personalized beverage recommendations.
  • Equipment Care: Maintain cleanliness and functionality of coffee machines and workstations throughout the day.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service.
  • Inventory Management: Track inventory levels and assist with orders as needed.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Hotel or Business Administration.
  • Two to three years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international luxury hotel.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is preferred.
