Job Title: Barista

Location: Riyadh

Job Objective:

To serve high-quality coffee and hot and cold beverages, interact politely with customers, and complete sales and payment transactions accurately and professionally.

• Tasks and Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages according to the café's recipes.

Ensure the quality of ingredients and cleanliness of preparation equipment.

Welcome customers in a friendly manner and provide recommendations regarding the drink menu.

Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system and finalize payment transactions (cash or electronically).

Issue invoices and receipts, and ensure order accuracy.

Maintain cleanliness in the work area and cashier area according to food safety standards.

Monitor daily inventory levels and inform management of shortages.

Assist in organizing and cleaning the café at the start and end of the shift.

• Handle customer complaints or feedback professionally.

Requirements:

High school diploma as a minimum.

Intermediate English language skills.

Previous experience in coffee preparation or working in a café (preferred).

Good communication skills and a neat appearance.

Ability to use cashier machines and POS software.

Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment.

Commitment to cleanliness and speed in performance.

Integrity and accuracy in handling money.
