Position Purpose
We're looking for an extraordinary Leader to head up one of our most exceptional stores and contribute to our unique Sephora culture. As Store Manager, you are a key team member who inspires, leads by example, and makes life a little more beautiful for our clients and teams.

Client Experience:
- Create amazing customer experiences through strong client focus and collaboration.
- Seek ways to improve client service and build strong relationships.
- Provide extensive coaching and training to assist the team in meeting all commercial and operational KPI's.
- Energize and motivate the team through effective floor management.

Sales:
- Develop Strategic vision, Sales and Budget Strategies to drive results and maximize sales.
- Identify, analyze, and forecast sales and opportunities.
- Reinforce sales policies and techniques established at SEPHORA University.

Operations:
- Manage day-to-day store operations.
- Drive operational initiatives and ensure profitability and efficiency of the store.
- Optimize and oversee operations to ensure compliance with policies and guidelines.

Business:
- Provide support to the Retail Manager with knowledge of market conditions and client needs.
- Develop and propose short- and long-term strategies to drive sales.
- Network with other stores for best practices.

People:
- Enhance our culture by engaging through our Sephora EVP and Values.
- Help others grow by providing coaching and development.
- Ensure the team is using our digital learning tools effectively.

Qualifications:
- Passionate about sales and client service.
- Minimum 7 to 8 years' experience in store management.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent communication skills and flexibility on the floor.

  • Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems (*, SAP, Navision, Oracle).
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
