Tasks and Responsibilities: • Managing and operating the center and supervising the European cars in all technical and administrative departments. • Developing daily work plans to ensure smooth operations and quality services. • Monitoring the performance of technicians and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. • Dealing with customers, solving problems, and developing relationships with them. • Preparing periodic reports on revenues, expenses, and overall performance. • Contributing to the development of marketing strategies and attracting new customers.
