Overview
The Downstream Digital Transformation Division supports various Admin Areas with digital capabilities. Your primary responsibility will be to detail all business requirements for downstream digital solutions, actively participate in solutions design stages including ideation, design sprints, and user interviews. You will synthesize information and end-user requirements to define features and software functionalities, assisting in designing customer journeys as well as steering digital projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and document business requirements for downstream digital solutions.
  • Participate in solution ideation, design sprints, and user interviews.
  • Benchmark industry best practices and existing market solutions.
  • Assist the product owner in detailing features and user stories.
  • Translate end-user requirements into features and document in industry standard formats.
  • Define clear acceptance criteria for design and development.

Minimum Requirements
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an Engineering field from a recognized program and possess a minimum of 15 years of experience in the Oil and Gas Downstream, including at least 10 years in digital solution development.
