Talent Blueprint FZ LLC is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support a significant sporting event in Saudi Arabia, with a focus on the Fan-ID platform, which is essential for fan access, integrations, and event operations.

About the Role:
The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in defining, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements. You will ensure that business needs are effectively translated into actionable specifications that support successful integrations and operations.

Key Objectives:
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Convert business needs into clear, structured, and validated requirements for the Fan-ID platform.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, review, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements, as well as integration and data requirements.
- Create and maintain high-quality documentation, including:
  • Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
  • Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs)
  • User stories and acceptance criteria
  • Process flows and customer journey maps
- Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architecture and Integration teams, Development teams, and external vendors.
- Lead workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and validation sessions.
- Ensure stakeholder alignment on scope, priorities, timelines, and dependencies.
- Support requirement validation throughout the development and delivery phases.

Required Expertise & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst on complex digital platforms.
- Strong experience defining requirements for systems with multiple integrations.
- Familiarity with digital platforms and APIs.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to facilitate workshops and drive consensus among diverse teams.

Additional Requirements:
- Immediate availability is a must.
- Must be comfortable working onsite in Riyadh.
- Saudi Nationals are preferred.
