Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Operations & Performance Analytics: Manage sales performance reporting, analyze sales funnel health, and provide insights for business reviews.
  • Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and identify process improvement opportunities.
  • CRM, Tools & Process Optimization: Optimize CRM systems, ensure data accuracy, and improve sales processes.
  • Reporting, Dashboards & Automation: Create and maintain dashboards and automated reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Finance and Marketing on revenue forecasting and lead analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; MBA or advanced analytics certification is a plus.
  • 5–10+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Business Analysis.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
