Training Department Manager

Experience:

  • Experience of not less than two years in the field of training

  • Experience in managing training programs within educational or rehabilitation institutions.

Required Skills:

  • Preparing and implementing annual training plans.

  • Designing training packages and measuring the impact of training.

  • Training specialists in daycare centers on electronic systems and platforms.

  • Training human resources staff on internal procedures and policies.

  • High skill in managing and organizing internal and external training programs.

  • Skill in communication and building teams.

  • Proficiency in using computer programs and electronic platforms.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Preparing the annual training plan and following up on its implementation.

  • Identifying training needs for centers and departments.

  • Supervising the implementation of training programs and measuring their impact.

  • Developing the professional competencies of specialists and administrative staff.

  • Coordinating with external training entities to approve programs.
