Our KSA office, located in Riyadh, plays a crucial role as we expand our operations across the country. We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to foster relationships with new and existing clients, understand their future strategies, and showcase our capabilities in various projects.

Role Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with new clients and enhance existing partnerships.
- Establish a robust network with designers and consultants to facilitate new business development.
- Create and execute marketing strategies to identify new opportunities and sectors.
- Compile project opportunities and collaborate with teams to meet client needs effectively.
- Handle objections and negotiate positively with various client stakeholders.
Candidate Requirements:
- 10-15 years of business development experience in the relevant industry, preferably in KSA or GCC.
- Effective communication skills to engage with senior-level decision-makers.
- Proven track record in achieving growth targets and developing strategic business plans.
- Knowledge of estimating services and strong networking abilities.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
