As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new construction projects throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). Your role will focus on client acquisition, tendering, contract negotiation, and building strategic partnerships. You will work closely with estimation, technical, and project teams, all aimed at achieving sustainable revenue growth.

As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new construction projects throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). Your role will focus on client acquisition, tendering, contract negotiation, and building strategic partnerships. You will work closely with estimation, technical, and project teams, all aimed at achieving sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Sales: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in various project sectors, including commercial, residential, industrial, and infrastructure.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and contractors.
- Develop effective sales strategies to meet annual revenue and growth targets.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Tendering & Proposal Management:
- Participate in tenders, RFQs, and RFPs, coordinating with estimation and technical teams to prepare competitive bids.
- Ensure prompt submission of tenders in accordance with client and consultant requirements.
- Support the contract negotiation and project award processes.
Market Intelligence & Strategy:
- Keep track of construction market trends, emerging projects, and competitor activities.
- Provide actionable market insights and recommendations to management.
- Expand the company’s presence in new sectors, regions, or services.
Client Relationship & Account Management:
- Foster long-term relationships with existing clients to maintain repeat business.
- Manage key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Represent the company at meetings, events, and industry forums.
Coordination & Reporting:
- Coordinate project handovers from sales to execution teams.
- Follow up with clients regarding variations, invoices, and payments.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration.
- 5–10 years of experience in business development within the KSA construction sector.
- Deep knowledge of the KSA construction market and tendering processes.
- Proven track record in securing construction projects.
- KSA driving license is preferred.
