About the Role:
The Business Development Manager will identify and secure new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and translate market insights into actionable strategies. This full-time, on-site position is based in Riyadh and primarily serves government and semi-government clients, with exposure to the private sector.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business development strategies.
  • Identify new business opportunities in the public and private sectors.
  • Expand the company’s market presence while achieving sales targets.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and partners.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality business documents including proposals and presentations.
  • Represent the firm at industry events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Negotiate client contracts ensuring clarity and compliance.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in management consulting and business development.

Skills:
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
